ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Provide excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
• Understands and is responsible for following company and departmental policies and procedures. policies and procedures.
• Deals all games in an effective and concise manner, pursuant to departmental dealing Procedures.
• Follows collections procedures to ensure that collections are obtained and properly recorded.
• When pushed, informs dealer next on rotation of information, which could affect gaming operation.
• When entering game must greet players, ask for player cards, and keep Genesis system updated and correct
• Notifies Floor Attendant, Supervisor, or Shift Manager of any suspicious activity, discrepancies or mistakes in games that could disrupt the flow of the game or create a potentially hazardous condition.
• Responsible for keeping assigned section safe and orderly.
• Must have knowledge of and comply with BSA/AML
• Required to sit in forty (40) minutes at a time, for at least an eight (8) hour shift.
• May be required lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds for various job related duties.
• Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by the Shift Manager.
• Must be able to work full-time including any overtime as required; with or without notice; and must be able to work any assigned game, whether tournament-related or not.
• Hand shuffling is an essential function of this position.
• Employee must be able to perform duties without wearing tinted glasses, as such can affect the integrity of the games.
• Performs all other work-related duties as assigned by Casino Management.
