We are seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver a transformational client experience, build the brand through sales, and support a high‑volume retail environment. The role emphasizes strong customer service, visual merchandising, loss prevention, and operating within corporate policies.

• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive sales in a high‑volume retail setting.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience using advanced selling skills and product knowledge.
• Communicate the Tory Burch brand philosophy and lifestyle to customers.
• Ensure all sales and operational policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Support visual merchandising and loss‑prevention initiatives as required.

• One to three years of experience in a high‑volume, customer‑driven retail environment.
• Strong personal selling, customer relations, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Open availability for a flexible schedule that includes nights, evenings, holidays, and weekends.
• Physical ability to lift at least 40 lbs, carry, push, pull, squat, kneel, twist, stretch, climb ladders, crawl, and remain standing for extended periods.
• Team‑player attitude with a collaborative spirit and a sense of humor.

Hourly rate: $17.00 – $20.00 USD.
