The Sales Associate plays a crucial role in the store's day-to-day operations, focusing on customer engagement, store functionality, and maintaining merchandising standards.

• Embrace the brand by wearing it at work and having a passion for Lee and Wrangler products.
• Greets each customer and actively engages them on the sales floor with open-ended questions.
• Assists customers in the fitting room and suggests the best products for their needs.
• Follows company and store policies, processes, and procedures.
• React quickly to all customer or associate injuries and report them immediately to the manager on duty.
• Follows all directions regarding visual merchandising standards.
• Promotes a store culture that respects diversity and encourages participation, creativity, and learning.
• Looks for ways to make the store sustainable and recognizes its environmental impact.

• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction.
• Previous retail or service-oriented experience preferred, not required.
• Ability to work with a team to exceed sales results.
• Comfortable with approaching and initiating conversation with customers.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

• Operate office equipment and technology such as cash register, computers, phones, and scanners.
• Stand during scheduled shifts for up to 8 hours.
• Walk and move to assist customers, retrieve merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Lifting and carrying ability to maneuver and/or lift up to 25 lbs. regularly, and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Push or pull full racks of merchandise for restocking.
• Reach, stretch, bend, stoop, and crouch to retrieve items from shelves and restock.
• Occasionally assemble displays or rearrange store layout.
• Accurately read labels and assist customers with attention to detail.

Compensation Range: $12.00-$15.65 per hour
