Skills Needed: • All round IT professional with good communication skills, Maintains and build relationships with end-users on location
• Single point and local helpdesk desk agent for IM issues
• Answering all calls by users who experience issues and determining initial priority level and logging incidents, information requests and change requests
• Routing calls to appropriate resolving groups of the service, either application or infrastructure teams
• Monitoring and coordinating all calls and service requests across different suppliers and entities
• Tracking raised calls (Information Request, Change Request and incidents) to closure.
• Dispatch or instruct local onsite teams to resolve issues (in case the IM service desk Engineer is local support, he/she will fix this issue himself)
• Instruct users on how they could better resolve their issues when applicable
• Ensure users know the right path to IM to enable operational efficiency
• Providing a customer focused IT support to the business, ensuring a responsive and informed service and coordination of site related IT activities
• Coordination and resolution of local site issues and General & local facilities
• Raising, logging and coordination of changes related to infrastructure on sites
• Contact person for local staff to instruct, consult and guide questions according to agreed way-of-working
• Identifying recurring incidents and be proactive in proposing resolutions to reduce the number of incidents, where possible (Local Incident) Mgt.
• To assist with the resolution of customer complaints and execution of IM services processes on local level

Skills Needed: Previous experience is not necessary. All you need is:

- Fluent either in English, German, Hungarian or Slovak
