Director of Data and Impact Analytics
Work On-site 5 days a week in the East Bay

Salary range up to $130K plus bonus and benefits
- Data Analysis Leadership:
Manage the day-to-day activities of data analysts, assigning tasks, reviewing results, and ensuring data quality. - Impact Measurement:
Develop and implement data collection methods to measure the impact of programs and initiatives, including key performance indicators (KPIs). - Data Visualization:
Create compelling data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders across different levels of the organization. - Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with leadership to identify critical data needs, develop analytics strategies aligned with organizational goals. - Reporting & Insights:
Generate regular reports and presentations that highlight key trends and actionable insights from data analysis. - Team Development:
Mentor and train data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
- Develop and implement comprehensive tools and strategies that allow raw data to be transformed into data insights to be used for decision making and strategic planning across the agency
- Understand and interpret data compliance requirements across multiple grants, finding optimization opportunities and serving as a knowledge center to the agency
- Train, retain, develop and supervise analyst staff and create and maintain comprehensive team policies and procedures
- Oversee the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics. (Includes monthly, quarterly, yearly, ad hoc, audit and RFP requests)
- Develop and implement quality controls and departmental standards to ensure quality standards, organizational expectations, and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as point of contact for senior leaders in interpreting agency program performance and outcomes
