Responsibilities
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, and network hardware/software components.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to end users in office and manufacturing environments.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and basic network/Wi‑Fi issues.
- Manage incident tickets, service requests, and workflow documentation using Service Now.
- Support computer network operations and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Maintain accurate documentation of issues, resolutions, and system updates.
- Stay up to date with current industry standards, technologies, and best practices.
- Deliver professional customer service and technical assistance to users at all levels.
- Perform additional IT support duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience providing onsite and/or remote technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and computer network operations.
- Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, Microsoft Windows OS, and Microsoft 365 applications.
- Basic knowledge of networking and Wi‑Fi troubleshooting.
- Experience using ticketing systems such as Service Now is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.
- High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution required.
