• Experienced in fitness equipment repair, electrical, mechanical, or a related trade
• Able to work independently & problem‑solve with minimal supervision
• Committed to professionalism, quality work, and strong customer service
• Available during business hours with flexibility for occasional travel
• Physically strong & able to lift up to 200 lbs safely

• Repairing, troubleshooting, moving, assembling, and installing fitness equipment.
• Ensuring all equipment is safe, clean, and fully functional.
• Managing service calls & equipment diagnostics independently.
• Providing top‑tier customer service at commercial and residential sites.
• Tracking & reporting service work and equipment expenses.

This is a hands‑on technical role that requires experience, problem‑solving skills, and a strong work ethic.

• Minimum 2+ years of repair or fitness equipment service experience (mechanical, electrical, or related field). Must be able to work on your own when starting.
• Reliable transportation (Truck, SUV, or Van).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Professional appearance & strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 200 lbs & pass an annual PT test.
• Must pass a background check & drug test (CBD/Marijuana prohibited).
• Smoke & vape‑free workplace.

• Minimum 15 hours per week available, Monday‑Friday (business hours)
• Some Saturday & full days out‑of‑town work (20% - 30% out of town)
• Pay: $18 - $25 per hour, based on experience after probationary period
• All hires start as contractors for the first 3 months & 200 hours before being considered for employment.
