Follow precise batch formulation and ticket instructions for mixing, blending, and packaging;
Operate equipment including mixers, blenders, packaging lines, forklifts, palletizers, and tools safely;
Maintain safety, quality, and 5S practices; document data points; support continuous improvement;
Adjust equipment minorly for safe/efficient operation; perform changeovers and machine start-ups;
Report issues to leadership and ensure timely completion of tasks
