Workday Support Specialist

Overview

Employer Industry: Real Estate Services Company

• Oversee and support HR databases, systems, and Workday modules for core Human Resources functions
• Provide technical expertise and analytical support for Workday business processes and system requirements
• Act as a generalist resource within Workday, partnering with HR stakeholders to resolve routine system issues
• Maintain data accuracy through audits and quality dashboards, collaborating with HRIS SMEs
• Assist with configuration updates and support the development of job aids and knowledge articles

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred
• 1-3 years of related work experience
• Hands-on experience supporting or administering Workday required
• Experience supporting multiple HR functional areas and executing operational transactions preferred
• Exposure to HR Shared Services or centralized support models a plus

• Experience with user acceptance testing and release regression testing
• Familiarity with HR system operations and standard practices in data management
• Strong analytical skills to assess HR data and system configurations
