What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and maintain the Crisis Communications Playbook for customer‑facing incidents
  • Act as the primary communications responder during crises, drafting and deploying effective communications
  • Lead strategy and distribution of communications related to product updates and service changes
  • Manage audience segmentation strategies to ensure targeted and relevant messaging
  • Administer key communications platforms and define performance measurement KPIs
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Communications, Product Marketing, or PR, preferably in B2B SaaS, Fin Tech, or Energy/Commodities/Logistics
  • Proven experience managing communications during significant corporate or service crises
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex communication work streams
  • Proven experience with at least two communications platforms such as Hub Spot, Customer.io, or Intercom
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Understanding of the commodities markets to ensure sensitive and relevant communications
  • Experience using CRM data (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics to inform communication strategies
