Position Overview

Warehouse and Driver Technician (Class C Non-CDL) supports warehouse operations and projects. Primary duties include shipping/receiving, quality control, inventory management, and operating company vehicles with a Class C license. Reports to the Supervisor or Manager of Warehouse Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inbound/Outbound Order Processing:
    Accurately receive, ship, and label product; pick and pack orders efficiently for delivery to venues or other warehouses.
  • Perform basic quality control procedures and manage inventory control.
Logistics and Transportation
  • Prepare and process shipments for small parcels, LTL, and via internal fleet.
  • Operate industrial powered forklifts (Sit‑down, reach, stock picker, pallet jack).
  • Operate company vehicles requiring a Non‑CDL Class C license for delivery and transportation of goods.
  • Ensure timely and safe delivery of products to designated locations.
  • Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections to ensure safety and regulatory compliance.
Safety
  • Perform daily safety checklists on forklifts and other equipment.
  • Participate in safety team initiatives.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and transportation regulations while operating vehicles.
Warehouse Housekeeping
  • Clean and maintain a safe work area.
  • Maintain equipment as necessary.
Customer Service
  • Maintain high standards of service, operational efficiency, and cohesive relationships with other departments.
  • Maintain working knowledge of equipment.
Job Qualifications
  • High School diploma/GED.
  • 1 to 3 years’ experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift over 50 lbs. independently.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Strong communication skills with team members, site leadership, and internal/external customers.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, emphasis on Microsoft Office.
  • Experience using an RF‑based WMS system (preferred).
  • Experience operating industrial forklift equipment.
  • Experience with DOT regulations and telematics electronic ELD logs (preferred).

Work Environment

Warehouse and Driver Environment. Work is performed at event venues and in a warehouse environment. Team members must adhere to appearance guidelines and work both in warehouse and driving settings when traveling. Conditions include exposure to outdoor temperatures, dust, and variable noise levels. Working times may include irregular hours, weekends, and holidays. Driving duties expose personnel to varying weather and road conditions;

safety protocols must be followed at all times.

Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $15.64 - $20.33.
