Position: Youth Initiatives Coordinator with AIA
Join Athletes in Action as a Youth Initiatives Program Coordinator. Help implement meaningful sports programs and community outreach initiatives across Canada.

In this full-time or part-time role, you will support the Regional Director in the successful execution of Action Camps and Clubs. Your work involves fostering relationships with community churches and sports organizations, providing essential administrative support, and ensuring project goals align with AIA's mission. Be part of a dedicated team that values authenticity and commitment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish schedules for Action Camps

• Create and maintain Action Club opportunities

• Aid in communications with community partners

• Handle administrative tasks for program execution

• Keep track of engagement with sports groups

Requirements:

• Exceptional communication skills

• Proven administrative capabilities

• Proficient in Google G Suite applications

• Passion for integrating sports and faith

• Commitment to developing ministry partner teams
