Position: Registration Clerk Role at Place des Arts
Become a key member of Place des Arts as a Registration Clerk. This part-time role focuses on delivering impeccable customer service while facilitating arts program registrations in Coquitlam.

As the Registration Clerk, you will handle customer inquiries and enroll clients in various arts programs, utilizing the Active Net registration system. Flexibility with your schedule is necessary to cover shifts, especially during busier periods. You will also play a role in sales, cash management, and facility coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Address customer inquiries via in-person, email, and phone

• Register customers in arts programs through Active Net

• Maintain and update client contact information

• Handle ticket sales and cash deposits securely

• Support event logistics with room setup and refreshments

Requirements:

• High school diploma and one year of relevant experience

• Proficient in English; additional language skills advantageous

• Strong critical thinking for multitasking

• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred

• Required Police Information Check with vulnerable sector screening
