Hours:

37.5 hrs per week 830am - 4:30pm may have availability for flexible start times with half hour unpaid lunch

Language:  English (strong written and verbal communication required)

Duration:  2 month contract with possibility of extension

Start date:

Beginning of March

About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is grateful to partner with an organization within the broader public sector to recruit  Packagers  for a short-term contract packaging 20,000 Naloxone kits. In this role, you’ll be part of a dedicated team supporting a large-scale community health initiative. Your work will directly impact the timely assembly and distribution of kits to local pharmacies and at‑risk communities.

In this hands‑on role, you’ll be performing assembly and packaging tasks, helping prepare thousands of kits that are essential for public health and safety. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys structured, detail‑oriented work and takes pride in contributing to initiatives that make a real difference.

Your Responsibilities

You’ll assemble components and fill cases as part of kit preparation

You’ll apply stickers and labels accurately to ensure quality and consistency

You’ll pack completed kits into boxes and prepare them for distribution

You’ll perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs) and general pick‑and‑pack tasks

You’ll maintain an organized and clean workspace at portable tables

Skills and Qualifications

Ability to perform basic assembly and packaging tasks

Previous warehouse or packaging experience is preferred

Comfortable with light physical work and standing for extended periods

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team setting

Reliability and commitment to completing the contract duration
