Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate hoists for personnel and load transport

• Conduct routine inspections and maintenance checks

• Keep hoist area clean and organized

• Troubleshoot and report hoist issues promptly

• Perform additional duties as directed by management

Requirements:

• Valid Hoist Ticket required

• Ability to work efficiently in high-pressure scenarios

• Must wear appropriate safety gear at all times

• Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration

• Flexibility in break management and task assignments
