Position: Mill Operator 4 – Paste Plant Role
Take your skills to the next level as a Mill Operator 4 - Paste Plant Operator with Eldorado Gold in Saskatchewan. This full-time position offers a balanced 14/14 work rotation at the McIlvenna Bay project.

As a Mill Operator 4, you will operate and monitor essential paste plant equipment while ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Collaborating with team members and engineers, you will prepare accurate paste mixtures to meet project specifications. Continuous improvement and maintenance will be priorities in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain paste plant control systems

• Accurately prepare paste mixtures by adding necessary materials

• Collaborate with colleagues to meet quality standards

• Troubleshoot equipment and operational challenges

• Maintain comprehensive production and maintenance records

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent education

• Over 1 year of industrial experience required

• Knowledge of paste plant machinery and processes

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability

• Ability to interpret technical documents
