The candidate will be responsible for managing staff and assigning duties.

The candidate must conduct market research and trends in order to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes, and the impact of competitors’ operations on sales.

The candidate will be responsible for determining the products and services to sell.

The candidate must implement price and credit policies.

The candidate will be responsible for locating, selecting, and purchasing merchandise for resale.

The candidate must develop and implement marketing strategies.

The candidate must plan budgets and keep track of revenues and expenses.

The candidate must determine staffing requirements.

The candidate must resolve issues that may arise, such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.

The candidate will be responsible for recruiting, hiring, and supervising staff and/or volunteers.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and evaluating daily operations.

Job Requirements

The candidate should be fluent in English language.

The candidate must have a certificate of Secondary (high) school graduation.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 to 3 years of experience in a related industry.
