Floater Roll-Off Driver WCS

Position: Floater Roll-Off Driver with WCS
Join Waste Control Service as a Roll-Off Driver Floater and help promote environmental solutions through waste management. Focus on safe operations while providing high-quality service to clients.

In this role, the Roll-Off Driver will be responsible for safely completing designated routes while maintaining exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include performing inspections and preparing required paperwork. The candidate will also be trained to support Front Load operations as needed for operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure vehicle safety through thorough inspections

• Drive and operate roll-off vehicles efficiently

• Maintain accurate daily operational paperwork

• Communicate any issues to Dispatch/Management

• Organize and clean vehicles before and after routes

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 or Class 1 Driver’s License required

• Willingness to learn Front Load operations

• Two years of preferred experience in waste management

• Effective in both independent and team settings

• Must physically handle lifting and working outdoors
