Quality Control Manager – PCB/ PCB – A Manufacturing

Full-Time, Based in Corona, CA, Work hours are 8AM to 4:30PM, Salaried employee. Benefits – 401K, PTO, Sick Leave, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance

Overview

The QA Manager oversees all quality systems at Adura, ensuring LED modules, drivers, and thermal PCBs meet IPC, ISO, and customer-specific standards. This role manages audits, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the company maintains world-class quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead quality assurance processes for incoming inspection, in-process control, and final QC.
  • Maintain and enhance the quality management system (QMS) for ISO 9001 compliance.
  • Drive additional certifications in future, including IATF
    16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485.
  • Manage internal and external audits, supplier audits, and customer quality interactions.
  • Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA processes.
  • Train and mentor QC inspectors and quality technicians.
  • Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Production on new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
Requirements
  • 5–10+ years of quality engineering or quality management experience in EMS or PCB manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, DFM/DFT, and thermal PCB standards.
  • Previous experience in achieving or maintaining IATF
    16949, AS9100, or ISO 13485 certifications is highly desired.
  • Proficiency in RCA tools (8D, fishbone, FMEA, Pareto, SPC).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
