OverviewThe QA Manager oversees all quality systems at Adura, ensuring LED modules, drivers, and thermal PCBs meet IPC, ISO, and customer-specific standards. This role manages audits, drives continuous improvement, and ensures the company maintains world-class quality performance.
Key Responsibilities- Lead quality assurance processes for incoming inspection, in-process control, and final QC.
- Maintain and enhance the quality management system (QMS) for ISO 9001 compliance.
- Drive additional certifications in future, including IATF
16949, AS9100, and ISO 13485. - Manage internal and external audits, supplier audits, and customer quality interactions.
- Lead root-cause analysis and CAPA processes.
- Train and mentor QC inspectors and quality technicians.
- Develop quality metrics, dashboards, and reporting systems.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Production on new product introductions (NPI) and process validation.
- 5–10+ years of quality engineering or quality management experience in EMS or PCB manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of IPC-A-610, ISO 9001, DFM/DFT, and thermal PCB standards.
- Previous experience in achieving or maintaining IATF
16949, AS9100, or ISO 13485 certifications is highly desired. - Proficiency in RCA tools (8D, fishbone, FMEA, Pareto, SPC).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
