Digital Marketing Expert / B2C Lead Gen Specialist
Remote | Contractor | Fin Tech Startup (Ground Floor Opportunity)
About the RoleWe’re seeking a Digital Marketing Expert / B2C Lead Gen Specialist to join our Fin Tech platform at the ground floor. This is a hands‑on, strategic role for someone who knows how to build and optimize marketing systems from the ground up — and can help us truly understand what we need to do to reach and convert customers.
You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence, auditing our current tools and workflows, setting up scalable marketing infrastructure, and driving measurable growth through effective campaigns and tracking.
Key Responsibilities- Assess & Optimize Current Systems:
- Audit our existing CRM setup in Salesforce and Hub Spot to understand what’s working, what’s not, and where to optimize.
- Develop a clear action plan to streamline data, automation, and lead tracking across systems.
- Build Our Digital Foundation:
- Lead the website strategy, build, and optimization (UX, conversion flow, SEO fundamentals).
- Implement robust tracking and analytics to measure traffic, conversions, and campaign ROI.
- Ensure all systems (website, CRM, email, ad platforms) are properly integrated.
- Design and execute B2C acquisition campaigns (paid social, search, content, partnerships).
- Build out funnels and lead nurturing workflows to convert leads into customers.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize to improve performance and ROI.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally:
- Work closely with leadership, product, and tech teams to align marketing initiatives with product milestones.
- Translate insights into clear recommendations for growth.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation — preferably in Fin Tech or financial software.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot), SEO, analytics, and conversion tracking.
- Experience building marketing infrastructure from scratch — including websites, funnels, and automation.
- Data‑driven mindset with a passion for testing, optimization, and continuous learning.
- Ability to communicate clearly and guide non-marketing stakeholders to understand marketing performance and needs.
- Contract Duration: 3–6 months (with potential extension)
- Location: Remote
- Start Date: ASAP
- Hours: 10 Hrs/Per week Minimum
