Qualifications:

• Current Oregon licensure as a School Psychologist (required)
• Certification as a School Psychologist (required)
• Experience working with elementary, middle, or high school students preferred
• Familiarity with a variety of testing and assessment tools
• Strong communication skills for engaging with students, families, and school personnel
• Solid organizational skills and an ability to prioritize within a dynamic school setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct student evaluations and comprehensive assessments across K-12 populations
• Develop, implement, and participate in appropriate intervention plans
• Consult with teachers and counselors about individualized education and behavioral strategies
• Assist in designing evaluation procedures and interpreting assessment results
• Facilitate or participate in team meetings related to student development and support
• Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Provide crisis intervention and collaborate on plans to support students' mental health needs
