We are seeking a detail-oriented payable analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a commitment to maintaining financial accuracy.

• Process and verify vendor invoices, matching them with purchase orders, receipts, and logistical data.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date vendor records, including vendor information and payment history.
• Facilitate communications between vendors, HQ and other departments for payables related issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary documentation and approvals for payments.
• Provide support for process improvement to processing accuracy and efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliation.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards in financial practices.
