Job Description
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Oversee and manage quality control processes to ensure all projects meet established benchmarks.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and training sessions for construction teams.
- Collaborate with project managers to identify and mitigate potential safety and quality risks.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Review and approve safety plans and quality documentation for all construction projects.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members to foster a culture of safety and quality.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Safety and QC Director should have:
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards within the construction industry.
- Proven leadership and organizational skills to manage teams effectively.
- Ability to conduct thorough risk assessments and implement necessary safety measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and guide team members.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining safety and quality documentation.
- A collaborative mindset to work closely with project managers and other stakeholders.
- Competitive annual salary ranging from $175,000 to $225,000 USD.
