Mission

The Investor Relations Liaison serves as the bridge between Walter Moss Enterprises Constellation leadership and institutional, family‑office, and accredited investors participating in SPVs under Regulation D 506(c). This role demands precision, sophistication, and initiative—translating our vision of sustainable infrastructure and adaptive reuse into confident investor partnerships. The position focuses on nurturing and expanding relationships with first‑tier institutional investors, including pension funds, private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and sovereign wealth groups aligned with Urbana’s long‑term mission as well as other related enterprises.

Core

Responsibilities
  • 1. Investor Engagement & Capital Formation
    • Build and manage long‑term relationships with accredited, family‑office, and institutional investors for Urbana's SPVs ($200M–$750M each).
    • Identify, contact, and qualify first institutional investors such as Sequoia Capital, Brookfield, Blackstone, Apollo, and KKR that align with Urbana’s infrastructure, adaptive reuse, and AI initiatives.
    • Coordinate directly with the CEO and CFO for investor meetings, diligence, and capital commitments.
    • Manage onboarding under 506(c) compliance and accredited verification standards.
    • Maintain a detailed CRM pipeline (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or Creatio) tracking communication, follow‑ups, and deal progression.
  • 2. Strategic Communication & Outreach
    • Craft clear investor messaging for Urbana IQ™ (AI Infrastructure), Urbana Systems™ (Adaptive Reuse Mixed Use Residential and Commercial), Lab Habitat™(Collaborative Innovation Hub), Alta Vista AI™ (Collective AI Developer of leading‑edge AI SpLMs), Smart Walls™ and other enterprises.
    • Prepare executive summaries, investor updates, and capital performance reports.
    • Represent the corresponding enterprises professionally in webinars, investor forums, and direct engagements.
    • Ensure all investor‑facing communication aligns with legal and compliance standards.
  • 3. Financial & Project Literacy
    • Understand the respective enterprise capital stack, SPV architecture, and investor return models.
    • Translate financial and technical data into accessible, persuasive investor narratives.
    • Support the financial architect team in developing term sheets and PPM coordination.
  • 4. Coordination & Reporting
    • Act as liaison between leadership and investor network to ensure accurate, timely updates.
    • Maintain reporting dashboards summarizing outreach metrics, commitments, and relationship growth.
    • Deliver concise reports for leadership briefings and investor summaries.
Role Limitations

The Investor Relations Liaison is not responsible for closing investment deals. All closings and formal commitments fall strictly under the authority of the CEO, CFO, and/or CIRO. The Liaison’s responsibility is to facilitate relationships, secure introductions, coordinate diligence preparation, and maintain engagement pipelines that lead to qualified investor interactions. Final negotiations and fund execution remain within executive purview.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, private equity, or institutional fundraising roles.
  • Established relationships or proven access to institutional investors (pension funds, private equity, or infrastructure groups).
  • Strong understanding of Reg D 506(c), SPV structures, and accredited investor requirements.
  • Exceptional communication, evangelist, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools.
  • Proven record managing UHNW or institutional investor portfolios.
  • Comfortable in autonomous, performance‑based environments (no fixed salary, benefits, or retainer).
  • Commitment to discretion, ethics, and confidentiality.
