What You’ll Do

As a Retail Manager, you are a leader who focuses on people and creating a welcoming place where guests find more than just great products, but also a memorable experience. You oversee all aspects of retail operations from merchandising and inventory to driving sales and developing your team.

• 2+ years of retail management experience
• Work a 45‑hour week (five 9‑hour shifts), including holidays and weekends as needed
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
