A leading Legal 500 law firm is seeking an ambitious and creative Marketing & Business Development Lead to support the firm’s continued growth and strategic development.
This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded professional to play a key role in enhancing the firm’s brand presence, strengthening digital marketing and social media activity, and driving business development initiatives across the firm.
The RoleWorking closely with senior leadership and legal teams, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns, increasing brand visibility, supporting client engagement, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and growing the firm’s social media and digital presence
- Supporting marketing campaigns and brand development initiatives
- Assisting with business development strategies and networking opportunities
- Preparing pitches, presentations, and promotional materials
- Coordinating events, sponsor ships, and client engagement activities
- Monitoring market trends and competitor activity
- Supporting the firm’s overall growth and profile within the legal sector
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in marketing and/or business development
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong social media and digital marketing knowledge
- A proactive, creative, and commercially focused approach
- The ability to build strong professional relationships
- Experience with in a professional services or legal environment is desirable but not essential
