You’ll be working at the heart of major capital programmes for water companies and the Environment Agency with a Leading Global Consultancy. You will have a clear pathway into the defence and nuclear sectors, where your future is limited only by your ambition.

• Drive budget control, cost forecasting, payment valuations, and defined cost determination
• Build and maintain commercial records that prevent disputes from escalating
• Lead pre‑contract activity – feasibility studies, cost planning, tender preparation and evaluation
• Manage post‑contract compliance, negotiate variations, and steer claims to resolution
• Close out final accounts with precision and professionalism
• Contribute directly to bid development and proposal strategy alongside senior leadership

• A degree in Quantity Surveying (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• Progress toward RICS chartership – or the drive to get there with full support behind you
• Solid NEC3/4 command across Options A, C and E, plus working knowledge of CDM regulations
• A background in water, environment, defence, or nuclear – ECI/ESI experience in Design & Build is a serious advantage
• The confidence to mentor junior team members and, ideally, some line management experience
• A valid CSCS card (Water Hygiene Card preferred) and the right to work in the UK
• Flexibility to be on‑site at least 3 days per week
