This is a front-line leadership role where you’ll take ownership of daily service delivery across key customer accou nts.
You’ll lead a small team, stay close to the operation, and work cross-functionally to ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and to a high standard. Just as importantly, you’ll look for ways to improve how things are done, not just maintain the status quo.

Take ownership of daily service delivery, ensuring KPIs and SLAs are consistently met - y Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, resolving them quickly and effectively

Work closely with the Operations Manager and wider teams to keep workflows efficient and acc urate - Identify opportunities to improve processes, productivity and overall site perfor mance

Confident leading people in a fast-paced, hands-on s etcual
Strong understanding of KPIs and performance mana - gement
