As Facilities Lead Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day management of our school estates and facilities, ensuring all sites remain safe, secure, compliant, and well maintained. Working closely with the School Business and Operations Manager, you will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, health and safety requirements, contractor performance, and facilities operations across the Trust. You will provide leadership and support to the Facilities Co-ordinators, ensuring tasks are effectively planned, delegated, and completed to a high standard.
The role also involves maintaining accurate compliance records, conducting site inspections and risk assessments, managing facilities-related budgets and resources, and supporting the smooth delivery of school and community events. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and organised professional who enjoys problem‑solving, leading teams, and making a visible impact. The successful candidate will play a vital role in creating outstanding learning environments that support pupils, staff, and visitors while upholding the values, ethos, and safeguarding commitments of Seva School.
