Location:
Covington GA 30014 – 100% on-site Payrate: $15.50/hr Required Availability:
Full-Time | Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Overtime may be required ASSEMBLER | SUMMARY AND HIGHLIGHTS:
The Assembler will involve inspecting materials, moving products throughout the facility, maintaining quality documentation, and supporting daily production operations while following established procedures and safety standards. This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates ASSEMBLER | RESPONSIBILITIES:
Inspect, sort, and handle materials and assemblies Operate light manufacturing and inspection equipment Move materials and products using handcarts and related equipment Maintain accurate quality and production documentation Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines Perform routine production and warehouse tasks efficiently Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Support general warehouse and manufacturing operations as needed ASSEMBLER | REQUIREMENTS:
Education:
High School Diploma or GED (verifiable) Attendance:
Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days. 1+ year of continuous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, or quality-related role Ability to read, write, and understand English Basic math and computer skills required Ability to read rulers and perform visual inspections accurately Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Ability to work overtime when needed
Physical Requirements Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting, reaching, and repetitive hand movements Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment Ability to work in moderate to loud noise conditions Take the Next Step!
