- Successful experience in quantity food preparation
- Kentucky Department of Education Certification as a Food Service Employee
- Criminal Records Check (instructions will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- Child Abuse & Neglect Check (instructions will be sent by JCPS Substitute Center)
- TB Test Results (within 1 year)
- Physical (within 1 year)
- Official Transcripts or High School Diploma
