Business Office Manager/Human Resource Manager

Business Office Management responsibilities:

  • Maintain adequate office supplies and equipment for use in business office.
  • Prepare and submit reports on a timely basis to the governing body as required and directed.
  • Ensure the “Resident Bill of Rights” is adhered to in matters related to the business office duties.
  • Maintain facility insurance programs
  • Keep informed on all local, state, and federal requirements related to the position
  • Maintain an accurate resident census on a daily basis
  • Handle all correspondences related to the business office function
  • Verify resident accounts, verify charges, and transmit accurate information for billing

Human Resource Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate employee files and information, ensuring Department of Health requirements are met
  • Collect, input, and report time card information to payroll
  • Investigate any employee concerns and work with staff and Administration to resolve
  • Routinely update the employee contact list
  • Process new employees and follow the HR Orientation checklist

Applicant Requirements:

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Promote positive community interaction
  • Management experience preferred
