Mercier Consultancy is excited to announce an opening for a German Speaking Customer Support Representative in our Food Delivery Service Department for one of our clients!
In this essential Entry Level role
, you will provide outstanding support for our German-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to their food delivery experience. Your language skills will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service.

Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
- Assist clients with questions about orders, delivery schedules, and service issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately in our support system
- Collaborate with internal teams to effectively resolve customer concerns
- Provide detailed information regarding our food delivery services
- Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services
- Engage in continuous training to enhance knowledge of our operations
- Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in customer support, ideally in the food or delivery sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries efficiently in a busy environment
- Familiarity with customer support tools and software solutions
