In this essential role, you will be the primary contact for our German-speaking clients, providing them with outstanding support and assistance related to their transportation needs. Your expertise in the German language will be vital in ensuring clear communication and effective resolution of client inquiries.

• Respond to customer inquiries in German via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions regarding transportation services, routes, and schedules
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues
• Provide detailed information on service options and logistics
• Gather and relay client feedback to improve our offerings
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated to the latest features and services

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer satisfaction
