Forklift Operator/Material Handler – $24.00/hr.+ DOE – Caldwell,

KIT Custom Home Builders is hiring a Forklift Operator/Material Handler for our production facility in Caldwell, Idaho.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load, unload, move, stock, and stage products and materials in the production plant.
• Check in received materials and deliver to designated areas.
• Work in a team-oriented, fast-paced, safety-focused environment.

Requirements:

• 1–5 years of experience in an outdoor receiving yard preferred.
• Forklift certification preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and professional communication skills with shippers, drivers, and internal teams.
• Ability to stand, walk for long periods, and lift up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work outdoors year-round in all weather.
• Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and use good judgment.
• Must always prioritize safety and follow all safety guidelines.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Reliable attendance is essential; must be available for required hours, including some Saturdays, evenings, or overtime as needed.
