As a Process Operator, you play a key role in the operation of our production plant from start to finish. You control the process of turning raw material into finished goods, start up and shut down the production line, and maximize efficiency while it runs. You monitor control panels and gauges on key equipment, regularly sample and test for quality, and make process adjustments based on results.

You may verify that equipment is properly locked out for repairs and perform preventive maintenance such as lubricating machinery. You may help the team clean air handling or other processing equipment as part of the weekly cleaning schedule. You contribute to keeping production moving safely and efficiently.

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Manufacturing, industrial, or agricultural experience is preferred.
• Mechanical abilities are a big plus.

Knowledge about manufacturing plant processes and equipment is preferred, but multiple factors will be considered. Are you able to understand a complex process and how everything works together? Are you safety-minded, able to prioritize multiple tasks, efficient, detail-oriented, and effective in a team environment?

This full-time manufacturing job works Sunday 12 am to 5 am;
Monday through Wednesday 5 pm to 5 am.
