3rd Shift Operator

Hourly Associate

Location:

502 Eric Wolber Ave, Ada, OH 45810. Shift: 3rd shift (Monday–Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM). This is a permanent 3rd shift role with no opportunity for shift change.

Starting pay $20/hr with a pay increase every 6 months.

• Maintain efficiency to the approved standard
• Inspect items and sort by visual inspection to ensure they are defect‑free
• Prep product via deburring and cleaning to meet product standard
• Inspect and pack product in accordance to the standard
• Maintain work area and equipment by cleaning, organizing and keeping it in orderly condition
• Provide accurate production reporting and scrap counts at the end of the shift
• Communicate with previous shift to receive important job information
• Communicate with Team Leaders and supervisors when there are issues
• Complete other duties, as assigned

• High School diploma or G.E.D. certificate required
• Ability to perform repetitive work in a fast‑paced work environment, including long periods of standing
• Basic math skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to multi‑task
• Ability to lift heavy boxes regularly
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record required
