Nestlé SA is seeking an Expert in Manufacturing Excellence to enhance factory performance using advanced methodologies such as TPM and Autonomy. The candidate will guide the factory team, support operational strategies, and ensure continuous improvement using digital tools.
This role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or a closely related field, with a minimum of 5 years in factory management. Additionally, applicants should be experienced in leading cross-functional teams and managing business relationships.
Travel to factory sites will be needed, up to 75%, with possible telework up to 25%.
