Enterprise Account Manager; Marketing Agency

• Manage end‑to‑end enterprise client relationships, ensuring successful delivery across the full lifecycle from onboarding to expansion.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging marketing analytics and AI tools to analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights.
• Independently design and execute detailed project plans, coordinating resources and timelines in collaboration with internal teams and clients.
• Lead strategic client meetings, consultations, and workshops to align on goals, expectations, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive customer success by ensuring high‑quality execution, adoption, and measurable value from delivered solutions.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Engineering, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment across stakeholders.
• Manage contract discussions, identify upsell opportunities, and support account growth and budget planning.

• Fluent English with strong communication skills and the ability to confidently lead client conversations and workshops.
• 3+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as Account Manager, Project Lead, Sales Engineer, or Technical Account Manager.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working within a marketing agency environment, ideally managing enterprise‑level accounts.
• Strong understanding of marketing analytics, campaign performance, and data‑driven decision‑making.
• Working knowledge of SQL with the ability to query, validate, and troubleshoot data for analytics use cases.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to independently plan, coordinate, and deliver complex projects.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Strong ownership mindset, proactive approach, and ability to independently solve customer challenges.
