Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Senior Sales Executive role based in Delhi, OH. The role involves identifying and prospecting potential business customers, presenting solutions, and managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing. Responsibilities include conducting product demos, explaining platform features and benefits, negotiating pricing and terms, and preparing proposals or agreements. Team members will maintain and grow a portfolio of client accounts, provide post-sale support to ensure satisfaction, and encourage long-term platform usage.
The role also requires updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, tracking targets, collaborating with marketing and operations, and staying informed about market trends and competitor offerings.
Qualifications
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in e-commerce, SaaS, or digital services.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain digital platforms and business value clearly.
• Comfort with using CRM tools, online meeting platforms, and basic productivity software for reporting and client management.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to understand diverse business needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Familiarity with international trade, B2B marketplaces, or export/import processes is an advantage.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi, OH, and conduct client meetings or local travel as required.
