Airport Systems Integration Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a dependable and resourceful individual to support systems integration operations at the departure gates of Changi Airport Terminal
2. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication between systems that facilitate luggage check-in and aircraft loading — making precision, accountability, and quick thinking essential traits for success.

Key Information

• Location: Changi Airport Terminal 2
• Employment Type: Permanent, Shift-Based
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM or 9:00 PM – 9:00 AM (rotating shifts, up to 20 shifts/month);
  Monday to Friday schedule initially, transitioning to full shift rotation upon readiness

Responsibilities

• Ensure seamless communication and data flow across different airport systems at the departure gates.
• Verify the accuracy of information exchanged between systems to support luggage check-in and aircraft loading processes.
• Monitor system performance and respond promptly to issues within the required Service Level Agreement.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve system discrepancies efficiently.

Requirements

• ITE or Diploma qualification in IT, Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines.
• Some prior experience in a related environment is preferred, though candidates without prior experience who demonstrate strong learning ability are encouraged to apply.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently under pressure.
• High level of initiative, reliability, and commitment to the role.
• Able to work rotating shifts including nights and weekends.
