Office Administrator/ Coordinator, Clerical, Admin Assistant
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Associate Registrar and Manager of Enrolment Services, this position is responsible for responding to inquiries for information from students, staff and the general public; registering students; collecting fees and initiating refunds; maintaining student records using the Student Information System (Colleague); opening, closing and reconciling daily cash sessions; producing certificates and ensuring accuracy before sending to students; providing back‑up to all other Enrolment Services Officers as required.
QualificationsWe are seeking a dynamic and organized professional with an Office Administration Certificate and Specialty, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with a minimum of two years of related work experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work collaboratively as a committed team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, including experience communicating with second‑language learners.
The successful applicant will also possess strong computer skills, particularly in word processing, data entry, and data processing, and will bring a consistently professional, positive, and customer‑focused approach to their work.
SalaryPosition #144 As per the CUPE Salary Schedule and Collective Agreement, Pay Level 4 $ 46,810.40 per year.
