Description: French Immersion Teacher, Grades 7-9

Location: Parkland Middle School, Cranbrook, BC

Contract Type: Full-time Continuing (1.0 FTE)

Salary Range: The starting annual salary ranges from $70,392 to $118,611, based on length of service and qualifications per the collective agreement.

Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).

Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.

Must have a degree, formal training and/or teaching experience in French Immersion at the Intermediate level.

Must have a degree, formal training and/or teaching experience in Math.

Must have a degree, formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects and at a level specific to each posting.

French Immersion Teacher for Grades 7-9 at Parkland Middle School, Cranbrook, BC. 1.0 FTE continuing contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process. Must be bilingual and have the required qualifications.

Classes:
French 8, French Immersion Math 8, French Immersion Math 9, French Second Language 8, Career Education 8. All work will be on site.
