At Flooring Superstores, we believe great results come from great teamwork. Our installers work closely with our sales, warehouse, and project coordination teams to ensure every project is completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

• Install carpet, vinyl plank, vinyl sheet, and related flooring products.
• Prepare surfaces and complete required floor preparation.
• Measure, cut, stretch, seam, and secure flooring materials.
• Remove and dispose of existing flooring when necessary.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and company standards.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites.
• Deliver exceptional customer service during installations.

• Previous carpet and vinyl installation experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Familiarity with flooring installation tools and techniques.
• Dependable, professional, and customer-focused.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to lift, kneel, bend, and perform installation work throughout the day.
