About Our Client

Job Description
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documents to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate budgeting and project planning.
  • Source and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
  • Maintain and update cost databases to ensure accurate and current pricing information.
  • Assist in identifying potential cost-saving opportunities without compromising project quality.
  • Prepare and present cost reports and summaries to stakeholders.
  • Monitor ongoing projects to ensure adherence to the approved budget and address any discrepancies.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Estimator should have:
  • Strong knowledge of construction practices, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
  • Proficiency in using estimation software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in the property or construction industry is highly preferred.
