A leading print and packaging company is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join its growing client service team. The role will be hybrid, requiring 2‑3 days onsite with one of their long‑standing globally renowned customers. You will maintain and strengthen client relationships, ensuring agreed expectations are met and excellent customer service is delivered. You will play a crucial part in providing an exceptional experience for the customer, managing projects and leading teams to deliver successful results against agreed KPI and SLA agreements.
You will support this customer to achieve project timelines efficiently and effectively, collaborating with colleagues internally across the services to meet their needs.
The ideal candidate is highly client‑focused, has proven experience in developing and nurturing customer relationships, and can handle challenging situations with empathy and sensitivity. A solutions mindset, a desire to improve and develop yourself and your team, as well as outstanding communication skills, are essential for overseeing project delivery timelines and ensuring tasks and collaborative projects are completed on time.
