The Sales Manager will be responsible for generating new business, managing the full sales cycle, and expanding Net2
Source’s market presence across the UK. This role requires a hands-on sales professional with deep knowledge of the UK recruitment/staffing landscape and a strong ability to develop relationships with HR, Procurement, TA leaders, and senior decision-makers.
- Drive net-new business development by identifying, targeting, and acquiring new clients across the UK staffing and workforce solutions market.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue in contract staffing, permanent hiring, RPO, SOW, and EOR/AOR solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement leaders, and C-level stakeholders.
- Conduct sales presentations, capability pitches, and solution discussions tailored to client workforce needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, proposal development, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal delivery and recruiting teams to ensure successful onboarding, SLA adherence, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate pipeline, sales forecasting, and CRM documentation.
- Attend client meetings, networking events, and industry conferences to represent Net2
Source and strengthen market positioning. - Leverage market insights and competitive intelligence to advise leadership on sales trends and client opportunities.
- 5–10 years of core sales or business development experience in the UK staffing, workforce solutions, or talent acquisition industry.
- Demonstrated success in winning new clients and achieving ambitious revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of UK labor markets, recruitment trends, and staffing regulations.
- Experience selling into mid-market and enterprise-level clients.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client presentation skills.
- Proven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, conferences, and market development activities as required.
