Salary: £45,091 – £51,356 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
Reporting directly to the Head of Housing Policy & Tenancy Management, the Sustaining Tenancies Grant Funding Programme (STGFP) Manager will be responsible for leading delivery of the Sustaining Tenancies Grant Funding Programme in conjunction with programme partners, in line with our vision and values.

Qualifications and Experience- Hold a degree level qualification (level
6) or equivalent AND have a minimum of 2 years relevant experience - Hold a level 5 qualification in Housing AND have a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
- Can demonstrate equivalent continuing professional development or experiential learning AND have a minimum of 5 years relevant experience (Please include dates)

- Demonstrate at least 2 years’ experience of successfully managing a significant function, service, project, contract or programme of work within a housing or homelessness context, including the development and maintenance of effective governance arrangements
- Drafting formal reports as officer responsible, to agreed timescales and appropriate standards, and in data management, analysis, presentation and development of management information reports
- Managing and monitoring budgets, in accordance with financial policies, procedures and governance requirements
- Acting in a lead representational role with internal and external stakeholders with clear evidence of an ability to effectively achieve business objectives
- Leading, managing, developing and motivating staff in order to achieve business objectives; this should include strong evidence of the ability to identify areas for improvement and taking effective action
- Monitoring, analysing and interpreting data and complex information in order to evaluate, monitor and/or improve performance, compliance or service delivery
- Possess a current driving licence or have access to a form of transport that enables them to meet the requirements of the post in full
- Hold a recognised professional Housing qualification
- Have successfully completed the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses. Alternatively, candidates will be expected to successfully complete both the PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner courses as soon as is practicable, if appointed.
