The business has a proven track record of completing fast-track works to tight deadlines, particularly during holiday shutdown periods. Your new role You will take full responsibility as Site Manager on a summer school refurbishment project in Cumbria, overseeing all on-site activities to ensure the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard ahead of the new academic term.

You will coordinate subcontractors, manage day-to-day operations, monitor progress, and act as the key point of contact for all stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in a Site Manager role on refurbishment or fast-track projects

Valid SMSTS, CSCS Card, and First Aid certification

Strong understanding of health & safety regulations and site compliance

Ability to manage multiple trades and work under tight deadlines

Excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills
