Responsibilities
Demolition of existing bath space, renovation work to include bathtub, shower, flooring, countertops, tile, shower glass door, plumbing, electrical.
Subcontractors provide own supplies (bolts, grout, etc), not materials (shower, tub, tile, fixtures, etc.).
Jobsite cleanup with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
Compensation: $1,500.00 - $4,500.00 per week.
RequirementsJurisdictionally appropriate Contractor's License or Trade License.
General Liability Insurance.
Worker's Comp Insurance.
3 Supervisor references and/or client references.
Pictures and/or 5 star Google reviews of prior projects.
